If govt wants2 mprove condition of post offices,must hold sm1 accountable 4 the delay in delivery of parcels. Post office is playing with my parcel from last 7 days.

But the Surat Head post office is playing with my parcel . It's been in the surat area since 12th Dec.

From last 15 days, facing this problem, uncountable no of emails ,complaints/SR raised.
No help.c care closing SR without solution.worst service.
