Take a good look folks.
These are the Minnesota boundary waters. Every Republican senator voted to allow a Chilean billionaire to mine it. The minerals will go to China.
This truly enrages me.
It should you as well.
Fuck, and I mean fuck…
The @GOP 🖕
we’re always told there’s no money for libraries, for healthcare, for universities, for high speed rail, for sewer upgrades, and yet there’s always infinite money for war
Ya know what kinda sucks? The Biden administration saw how much massive banks were profiting off of overdraft fees, and so they implemented a change that would prohibit huge banks who have more than $10Billion in assets from charging people more than $5 for an overdraft fee.
Those big banks, like JP Morgan and Capital One, then donated a million dollars a piece to Trump and the president then immediately rescinded the rule.
The banks have now upped the average overdraft fee by 700%. The people struggling to make ends meet get exploited, and the richest men on earth get richer. How much richer? Well they gifted Trump a million bucks and have now made $3 billion off of overdraft fees and are estimated to make $5B a year moving forward.
This administration can be bought. They are consistently being bought over and over and over. They'll work on behalf of anyone who can put money directly in their pockets from laws to pardons.
History, if it is ever written in truth and not by simply the victors, won't remember this administration fondly.
Congress just created a special IRA account called "Trump account"
I reviewed all the specifics so you don't have to.
Here's everything you need to know (and if it's even worth contributing):
RFK Jr. went on national TV and spouted egregious, dangerous falsehoods about vaccines. As a parent and infectious diseases doctor, I couldn't stay silent. @FoxNews might not fact-check him, but I will. I've reviewed the trials. I've catalogued them. I have receipts. 🧵
Everyone's talking about the $1,000 "Trump account" for babies.
But most news sources aren’t giving you the full context.
Here’s what the tax bill actually says about this account:
@POTUS In collaboration with @HHSGov, @USDOL, & @USTreasury, CMS has released updated guidance for new technical reporting requirements to eliminate meaningless or duplicative data and make cost information easier for consumers to understand and use. https://t.co/OilNmkXlgE
