I was hoping to reach 600 downloads of my book "Hamachi Eyes" by the New Year. I just looked and I am now at 616! Wow! Thanks for all your support! I hope everyone enjoyed & feel free to comment on the page. https://t.co/ufW0TR21XW
@pwallach87 Nazare is the real deal. It's a huge mushburger, fortunately! But the men & women who do tow-in there (absolutely no way you you can paddle into one going that fast) build up so much speed that dislocations of shoulders & breaks of ribs. Get to the shoulder fast!
@pwallach87 Better late than never! My mission in Life is to show anyone, living with ALS or not, can overcome any obstacle. Some people just have a rougher go of it than someone else.

Tobii "strongly disagrees", says merger would "increase innovation", "benefiting users".
Oh, so innovative: Buy the competition *JUST* to kill the product like w/ ERT & Dynavox? Time for an anti-monopoly lawsuit.
@ArrestALSNow @DrOzdinler@alsadvocacy@NEALSConsortium Aye... I really miss Rob and Ben. They were my "partners in crime" for my Oral Sodium Chlorite analog to Neuraltus' intravenous NP001. Rob helped me plan it & I think Ben found the source for the NaClO2. Ben announced too soon before I determined safety on myself.
@DrOzdinler @ArrestALSNow @alsadvocacy@NEALSConsortium And even "negative" data (data which show no effect on disease) should be published so others learn & previous blind alleys are not repeated. This saves time & money which can be devoted to more potentially fruitful research.
@DrOzdinler @ArrestALSNow @alsadvocacy@NEALSConsortium Having more scientifically educated PALS would make your job easier in presenting data & most likely increase enrollment in clinical trials because we would understand the urgent need & understand the social compact which trials entail.
@DrOzdinler @ArrestALSNow @alsadvocacy@NEALSConsortium The simple solution is to STRONGLY discourage "unpublished data" & make sure they are published in Open Source journals like @PLOSONE so people w/o institutional subs can access without resorting to drastic means. That would make many more "educated" PALS.
@TheSeaRose I'm down with hotdogs and cheese (and drag it through the garden..!)
But in Cheerios? I am certain there's a Biblical dietary law against that in Leviticus somewhere.
@rmattila74 Aye. I was fed the same corn syrup candy with a multivitamin mixed in. I had 38 years of life without Type 2 Diabetes, & that "formula" poison nearly killed my pancreas & liver. Today I have to watch my glucose & take diabetes medication. Standard formula ruined my health.
@soledadobrien I am disabled from #ALS and I would LOVE to be able stand long enough for my feet to ache. I haven't had that joy for 12 years. Instead, my entire body aches from disuse and the cramps from the motor neurons misfiring. This is offensive to me for good reason.
@SteveGleason#ALS was certainly my most insurmountable obstacle, & one which created my largest opportunity to grow. I found Buddhist lessons from my reading about the current Dalai Lama very helpful.
