@GoibiboSupport you must review the hotels you list. Had pathetic experience at Cosmopolitan Hotels, Madurai. Dampy rooms, dirty bed sheets and towels, chair cushions with nasty patches, wall paints coming out. And for this hotel you charge ₹4000/night? Complaints went in vain

@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport on what ground your listed hotel denies this, when there are proofs, pictures. Feedback shared during the stay itself but no one picked it up. @GoibiboSupport then accepts that they lists pathetic hotels and show their back to customers after getting the money

@GoibiboSupport Hello @GoibiboSupport and Amit - even after sharing the pictures from hotel room, they have denied it 😀 and you list such hotels in your App? I have already refused to accept 1980 gopass offered to me for future booking. I paid 8000/- for this shitty hotel and now 1980 gopass

@EurekaForbes don’t think you guys are anymore Friend for life. A service complaint for Aquaguard is stuck for a month and Twitter DMs not replied for 2 weeks. But I am getting calls daily from sales team to buy a new Aquaguard 🤬
