This is not the kind of service we expected from @emirates and would think twice before recommending it to anyone. We really need to get back to Washington D.C. in time and would appreciate a better customer support in rescheduling the flight from @EmiratesSupport

We had to wait for 14 hrs while flying from IAD to HYD last month and had a bad experience with poor facilities in the lounge at DXB 5/n

We are being to pay extra $2000 for a flight from Delhi, to catch the SAME flight from DXB for which we had the reservation, that was cancelled on random reasons. And, we have to pay the extra $$ to reach Delhi from Hyd 4/n

Called Customer Service @EmiratesSupport multiple times since morning, but was of little help. First they kept saying no seats were available until next month, and later said there are a few seats available but we will have to pay the difference. 3/n

Not sure why 9 he transit time is OK, while 12 hrs is not, especially when we are fully vaccinated and are going to get tested before boarding the flight? 2/n

#Emirates @emirates cancelled our flights from HYD to Washington D.C. IAD citing >10 hr transit time at #DXB This was the only option from Hyd and they recently rescheduled our flight happily where we had to pay extra $$ 1/n
