Pathetic customer service. Horrible experience. Didn't know I was never going to get my refund or else I wouldn't have ordered. It's more than 25days and even more than 15days and still no refund. Never seen such a horrible customer service where everyday the policy changes.

@NetMeds How much time will you take to resolve and refund the amount? Be specific. Can't be chasing all day and forever. Are you atleast able to spot the difference for refund amount by now? Check the screenshot. Hopefully you don't comeback to me with an absurd figure of 2800 and 2400

@NetMeds your CS still giving wrong information. What part of it didn't you understand? There another Rs. 279.50 + Rs. 427.50 to be refunded over and above that amount. Check properly before giving out absurd amounts? The total order was for Rs. 4091.59 #daylightrobbery
