@IncarcerNation They've done it before in Southern California. All the orange and citrus trees that were removed for housing developments. What a waste. Growing up there were miles of beautiful grove, all bulldozed. I'll never understand the stupidity and greed.

@RossBarkan My rental management did the same about 2 years ago. I've been mailing them a check every month since. Not paying a fee to make a electronic payment to them or anyone. Another way of gouging tenants.
