@BarrySilbert It's brilliant because it takes like 2 weeks of confirmations to clear into any exchange because of reorgs... so no one can sell it even if they wanted to within the pamp timeframe, only people with their coins already inside. Very clever pamponomics indeed.
My 10 year old daughter wants to sell her #Bitcoin
What should I do? Let her sell or convince her to hold?
She earned ~0.1 BTC trading Dogecoin in 2017. She sold half then & held half until now.
Selling = she enjoys the benefits of investing
Holding = learns good habits
@wogtaz@bradmillscan Perfect! 🤣
That's actually very important so she doesn't fall for these scams or any other... there will be a lot of people wanting to take her bitcoin out of her, like the people that are now throwing cheap $$ in exchange for the hard stuff
@vladcostea@SEC_Enforcement@SEC_DERA Somehow it feels like he's being sarcastic and playing the role of the serial scammer to pass a point. It's all so in the face, he's talking all the words. Scammers generally operate very different from this guy, they will lie to you. Not saying he's not a scammer, just different
@CryptoScamHub @RichardHeartWin The guy is a douche and a scammer. That apart, he provides exceptional insight on the mind of every other ICO, token and shitcoin peddler listed on the "crypto markets". His 💩token is no different from 99.9% of all other "coins". A slap in the face of the stupidity around us.
@BLOCKTVnews All sounds very nice and logic. Except for the part where you print your own Monopoly money to give it to your contributors. Why not give them something more neutral and that requires skin in the game... Like Bitcoin for example? Who will end up holding your token bags? Sad
@CryptoScamHub @TraceMayer Not to say immoral, fraudulent and basically a scam, obviously. Cause these tokens would be sold to unsuspecting idiots for sure and they're essentially worthless from day ZERO.
@CryptoScamHub @TraceMayer@TraceMayer actually considered this, but was immediately dismissed by his followers, cause it's an obvious attack vector that could be exploited and would risk his security and of all the involved participants of such centralizing activity https://t.co/HYmB6tynHW
Not really a fan of altcoins but I do think a #ProofOfKeys coin could be fun; especially if its wallet had atomic swaps for #Bitcoin built in.
Would be best if it were an annual airdrop with a snapshot on each Jan 4th. Then there would be a cumulative economic effect. Thoughts?
9/ There is no perfectly secure hardware wallet. Acknowledging an issue and fixing it quickly and professionally is the way to go. Own your issues. Alert your users. Security is a process.
@sleburger@britesense Stupid is the person that made that comment, the protocol still works for whoever wants to use it. Taking stupid opinions from stupid people and attributing to BTC is, quite frankly, stupid.
