Beyond that, June and July will be about finalizing strategic questions, continuing development for the July strategy session, and refreshing the financial models based on updated assumptions, so that we can refresh the Strategy and give options to the leadership team.
As a strategist, one needs to structure the research and present the outcomes in an easy to understand manner so that the leadership follows the thought process
Completed the Strategy session yesterday. We presented a potential question to enter a new market, which had been rejected previously.
The core stakeholders agreed to create a POV on this and present to the executive team at the next strategy session.
