YRYL Theory
You reacted, you lost.
Never react to situations.
Always respond.
I propounded this theory after years of mistakes and regrets, wherein root cause of all those regrets was mere immediate reactive action taken in heat and impulse.
The worst part of failing is that nobody cares if you missed by miles or inches. There’s no proof of how hard you tried. Even family gives sympathy for a few days and then life continues. Until you cross that finish line, the world treats your struggle like it never existed.
Stop trying to make Trading as your "Only" income
If you trade to pay rent, you'll fail.
Bills create pressure, and pressure kills logic.
You'll start "gambling" just to make ends meet.
A stressed mind can never see a clear setup.
Secure your life first. Then conquer the market

You always feel disrespected by a lot of people when you lack self-confidence; then after you spend the many years required to develop your own talents, you realize that no one ever even thought about you.
Being over reactive is a common sign that you are not who you want to be.
Skinny guys who can't gain weight no matter how much they eat don't have "fast metabolisms"
Their gut is so fucked that food passes through them like a tourist
Every calorie they shove down is feeding bacteria instead of muscle tissue. They eat 3,500 calories and absorb maybe 1,800. The rest ferments, creates gas and bloating, and exits before their body ever gets to use it
The "hardgainer" is not a body type. It's a digestion failure that the fitness industry rebranded into a genetic identity so they could sell you a mass gainer shake instead of fixing the actual problem
You've been drinking 1,200 calorie shakes and wondering why you still look the same. Because you're not failing to eat enough. You're failing to ABSORB enough. And adding more volume to a broken system just creates more bacterial fuel
The skinny guy who "eats whatever he wants and can't gain weight" almost always has:
> Low stomach acid (protein sits undigested, ferments, causes bloating)
> Damaged gut lining (nutrients pass through without being absorbed)
> Bacterial overgrowth (the bacteria eat your food before you do)
> Fast transit time (everything moves too quickly for proper absorption)
> Chronic low-grade inflammation (body prioritizes immune response over building)
His doctor says his bloodwork is "normal." Because the standard panel doesn't test for ANY of this
Had a client. 6'1, 145 lbs. Ate 3,800 calories a day for 8 months. Gained 4 pounds. Four. Eating nearly 4,000 calories
He was spending $400/month on food and supplements. Mass gainer, creatine, protein powder. None of it was being absorbed. His gut was a pipe with holes in it
We stopped the mass gainer (it was making the gut worse). Dropped calories to 2,800 but fixed his digestion first. Betaine HCL with protein meals. Digestive enzymes. Repaired the gut lining. Slowed transit time. Cleared the bacterial overgrowth that was literally stealing his food
He gained 18 pounds in 12 weeks on FEWER calories than the 8 months where he gained 4
Read that again. Fewer calories. More muscle. Because his body was finally absorbing what he ate
Every "hardgainer" forum on the internet will tell you to eat more. Drink a gallon of milk. Blend oats into your shakes. More more more
Nobody tells you to fix the system that processes the food. Because "eat more" is easy advice. "Your gut is broken and bacteria are eating your meals before you do" requires someone who actually understands what's happening
If you're skinny and you've tried everything, you don't have a calorie problem. You have an absorption problem. And no amount of food fixes a broken pipe
DM me "REPORT" for the custom health report
here's what you get:
- full symptom and history mapping specific to you
- the most likely biological root causes behind what you're feeling
- exact labs to order and how to read the results yourself
- a prioritized protocol: what to fix, in what order, built around your body
not a generic PDF. not a supplement list. a personalized breakdown of what's actually wrong and how to fix it
the report your doctor would give you if he had 4 hours instead of 13 minutes
Overreacting and panicking over trivial things that won’t matter in the long run is mostly the sign that your life has been far too comfortable until now.
The most bitter and resentful people are those who are a bit more talented, good looking, smart than the average person, but who only live an average life, feel like they deserved more, chose to get angry at others, instead of questioning their character and improve who they are.
