My nephew's parents were not both allowed in the hospital room as he was dying. They finally told doctors they would not donate his organs unless both parents could spend his final hours with him.

My mom had to recover from surgery at a a nursing home and the only wing they could put her since she came from outside was their Covid wing. We could not visit her, only stand inthe vestibule at the door and try to speak through the glass. 💔
