3-The company surveyor on telephonic communication only said that it is mechanical failure without actually inspecting the car and also the inspection was done almost 15 days after the incident and claim intimation.

2_)damage caused to rear axle tube must had been caused due to sudden jerk or jolt after the car gone into pothole that’s why there is no necessity or compulsion to cause the “accidental and external means “ (direct visible and external impact)
