@GetSmytten you guys are running a scam! I ordered 10 trial products using explorer pass. All of those got marked delivered while there was just 1 product in the package. Your team didn't even ask for any image for proof & closed my ticket saying all items are delivered correctly

All my orders are getting cancelled and I just get an email saying my account has been restricted to digital purchases only.
There is no reason why!
No single person in customer care team knows why!
@makemytrip @airvistara - Please stop cheating customers. Charged for meal but didn't provide saying government has banned. You should inform this before booking ticket and remove the option of meal at all in that case.

@myntra .. Highly annoyed by the kind of customer service you provide and by the not-so-easy retrurn/exchange process you offer.
5 of my products are on hold for exchange without any update by the promised time, after multiple exhausting calls.
@myntra Such a scam you guys are running. Customer recieves missing items in order and you deny to accept a complaint on pretext of policies set? How can someone know that item is missing in 48 hours if they get to open a product after 3 days?
