Brig karnail Singh has committed a severe offence of abduction by abuse of power, detained a sick woman against her consent and wish in his office and abetment for an attempt to suicide. There is no action or inquiry ordered till date for:-
1. Using military police for victim women officer and a patient undergoing pschyiatric treatment on two occasions 3 Aug 24 and 5 Aug 24 by Brig Karnail Singh.
2. Interference in ongoing criminal judicial proceeding in Himachal pradesh by illegally detaining her under such conditions by misuse of force and power
3. Causing humiliation to the reputation senior Officers through such Forces when she was sick & undergoing treatment?
4. Causing disruption in her medical treatment by influence?
5. Abetting an attempt of suicide by her through such humiliation?
6. Using Army Info warrior fake accounts for spreading fake message against her to defame her?
7. For not following provisions of ordering mandatory court of inquiry in such case against the para 522 of regulations for Army 1987 volume 1.
8. Being medico legal case and intentional medical negligence depriving her treatment?
9. Suspending her against the suspension policies.
