Disappointed with @MGMotorIn service! Sent my Astor to fix a rear sound. Rcd it back with a loud, alarming sound from the front wheel—which was NEVER there .
Handed an est. of ₹28,750 for front suspension/control arms on a car driven just 17k km! Looking for immediate resolution

How can front suspension parts (link rods, lower arm bushes, balance rod) give up at just 17–18k km on normal roads? @MGMotorIn, this raises serious questions about component quality and durability.

Received a damaged product with a visibly tilted tap (manufacturing defect). Installation was still done, claiming “all products are like this” – unacceptable.
Worse, service rep Nagendra Patel (9867536527) was rude & refused support.

Was charged ₹200 for free parking near Maharashtra Chambers Lane Kala Ghoda on 15 Nov, 9 PM.

No receipt given. Later found out it’s officially free.
