कोई ब्राह्मण समाज का व्यक्ति जो नेहा शुक्ला परिवार की मदद करना चाहता है आगे आए,

नेहा शुक्ला की बेटियों को उसके बाप ऋषि शुक्ला की हवस से बचाए ।

वरना नेहा शुक्ला बेटियों के साथ जान देनें की बात कर रहीं ।

BPSC चयन पर गंभीर सवाल!

जिसे Trekking लिखना नहीं आता, जिसे First और Breakfast जैसे सामान्य अंग्रेज़ी शब्द तक सही ढंग से लिखने नहीं आते, अगर ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों का चयन BPSC जैसी प्रतिष्ठित परीक्षा में होता है, तो सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है।

क्या यह सिर्फ संयोग है या चयन प्रक्रिया में कहीं बड़ी धांधली हुई है? आखिर ऐसी गलतियों के बावजूद चयन कैसे हुआ?

BPSC को इस पूरे मामले पर पारदर्शी जवाब देना चाहिए और चयन प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए।

फिरोजाबाद के अंकित राठौर ने लखनऊ के लोहिया हॉस्पिटल में पेट का ऑपरेशन करवाया। ड्रिप के लिए जो विगो लगता है वह गलत लग गया। अगले दिन हाथ सूज गया। ऑपरेशन करने वाले डॉक्टर ने हाथ की सर्जरी कर दी। हाथ में सड़न फैल गई। हाथ काटना पड़ा। सड़न नहीं रुकी, दोबारा हाथ काटना पड़ा। परिवार ने इसकी शिकायत सीएमओ, डिप्टी सीएम, सीएम तक की। कहीं न्याय नहीं मिला।

यहां तक की डिप्टी सीएम के घर पर एक डॉक्टर ने कह दिया कि ये लड़का हाथ इधर-उधर किया होगा, इसीलिए दिक्कत हुई। बच्चे की मां इसके जवाब में रोते हुए कहती हैं- जब वह बेहोश था, फिर हाथ इधर उधर कैसे कर सकता है। इन लोगों ने मेरे इकलौते बेटे का जीवन खराब कर दिया। अब हम न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटकने को मजबूर हैं।

आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर यह परिवार लखनऊ में अधिकारियों और नेताओं की चौखट के चक्कर काट रहा। कहीं भी न्याय नहीं मिल रहा।

बेटी कार में बैठी हुई है। पत्नी कार किनारे खड़े होकर रो रही है। 'रिटायर मेजर' हरियाणा पुलिस की करतूतों को झेल रहे हैं।

जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकियों से लड़ते हुए दिव्यांग हुए मेजर हेमेंद्र सिंह को गुरुग्राम में ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने के शक में रोका। एल्कोहल टेस्ट हुआ, लेकिन रिपोर्ट सामान्य निकली।

इसके बावजूद भी मेजर, उनकी पत्नी और बेटी को रात डेढ़ बजे तक सड़क पर रोके रखा। पत्नी किनारे खड़ी हो कर रोती रहीं, बेटी कार में बैठी रही।

परेशान होकर मेजर ने खुद डायल-112 पर फोन किया। मदद की टीम आने वाली थी, तभी ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मी वहां से भाग गई।

का जेइ गांव में ब्रांच मैनेजर है. मैनेजर साहब ने "एक अंडरवियर और चिप्स पैकेट" रात 9 बजे के बाद ऑर्डर किये थे. स्टोर को अंडरवियर ढूंढने में देर हुई. ऑर्डर लेट हुआ और साहब ने गरीब स्टूडेंट की बेहताशा पिटाई कर दी. घर में बंधक बनाकर भी पीटा.

सोशलमीडिया पर वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद आधी रात को पुलिस आयी और मैनेजर से "गुफ्तगू" करके चले गयी. कोई कार्रवाई नही की. सुबह ब्लिंकिट स्टोर के राइडर्स ने हड़ताल कर दी और थाने पहुंच गये.

पुलिस ने तब जाकर "जमानतीय धाराओं" में केस दर्ज किया. एक फोन कॉल पर मैनेजर विद फैमिली घर में ताला लगाकर फरार हो गया. पुलिस अब "दबिश-दबिश" खेल रही है. प्लान है कि "ससम्मान शांतिभंग की धाराओं में चालान" और जमानत की रस्म कर दी जाये.

ब्लिंकिट की हड़ताल अभी भी जारी है. आरोपी को जेल भेजने की मांग कर रहे है. उधर पुलिस Gen-Z की गरीबी को कमजोरी माने बैठी है.

Whenever he issues an order, letter or direction, he does not even refer to under which provision of the Act or regulation he's making such kind of an order... The resolution, the order which was passed was wholly illegal. And in fact, some people had also approached me, and we were about to mention the matter in the morning. A writ petition also was to be filed. And I'm 100% sure it would have been stayed by the Supreme Court. Probably he got a hint of that and he started withdrawing in phases. First, he withdrew partially, then NALSAR passed a resolution on whether they can do such an inquiry or not, which is also permissible, and they will consider it in the executive committee. So he realised that they may ultimately say that they will not do even that inquiry which he said should happen in the second letter. So at night, he tweeted that he will withdraw completely. He has to understand that he is the chairman of the regulator of the entire legal profession. He has to set the right standards for the youngsters to follow. I am not trying to, for once, even suggest that what the children did with regard to not protesting against the CJI coming for the convocation. But that is their right under the Constitution. They may be ill-advised, they may be, you know, not doing the right thing. They may be justified also..."

- Vegetable Cutlet – 6 kg
- Used Cooking Oil – 15 litres
- Total food articles: 51 kg
- The above food articles were found unfit for consumption and discarded/destroyed as per procedure.

2. Royal Chain Hotel

- Duck – 50 kg
- Fish – 5 kg
- Total seized: 55 kg

3. Madras Kitchen

- Green Peas – 5 kg

4. Tescon Hotel

- Mushroom – 5 kg

5. Senchez Hotel

- Fish – 3 kg – Seized
- Cake, Potato & Tacos – 7 kg – Discarded

Overall Seizure/Disposal

- Total food articles seized/disposed: 132 kg
- Used Cooking Oil: 15 litres
- Total quantity of food articles: 132 kg

Skyee Lounge, 16th floor, U B City, Bangalore Kitchen, was closed for its unhygienic maintenance of kitchen and all meat and beef was rotten with fungus.

Milk and curd with expiry date 10 days back was found.
