One of the best has turned out to be one of the worst customer service. @amazonIN trying to return. Damaged product since 1.5 hrs. Not able to find any option for that. Is anyone else also facing the same issue?
@TPCentralOdisha Made the electricity bill payment and shared the receipt to ur email. Still power not restored. This has been happening every month. I am receiving a message that I need to wait for 3 days for power restore.
My car is on start and on hand brake. Left my keys inside. Called @heydigit RSA team & their vendor denied. Now asking me to call my car dealer and hydra was the last resort that will also damage my car as said by RSA.
Now booked a local vendor & see the comment for brief.
The RSA team is asking me to go inside the vehicle (which is already locked) and put down the hand brake. So much of un professionalism and how lightly you are taking client's query.
@heydigit Booked a local vendor who is coming in cost of 600 Rs and already on the way. This will get fixed in 30 mins. Then why should someone take Digit insurance. Why you guys are taking money for RSA? What if we had been stranded at a remote place?
@TPCentralOdisha Why there was no declaration? Why there is always this same issue in Pokhariput area only? So frequent issues. No messages, no updates, no announcements. Previously same issue happened. There was no 11 kv issue. It was issue with the transformer of the area.
@TPCentralOdisha Undeclared powercut in Pokhariput area again since 5:30 pm & support says it's 11 kv wire problem. Seems you should replace this 11 kv wires. How many times does this wire fail in a month? @CMO_Odisha
Power is cut since 3 hr.I paid the bills. App is not updating since 29 Apr and Call centre says to mail TPCODL & wait for power to restore. Customer support is zero. @KVSinghDeo@TPCentralOdisha@CMO_Odisha
@TPCentralOdisha Yes your customer support responded that they will get back in 3 days. I have a small baby and they forced me to pay without registering any grievance. The customer support guy just cut the call in middle way stating he will talk to the seniors.
