@Telstra Yes I have spoken to support multiple times and have been told that the service will be back within 24-48 hours each time, which hasn’t happened. No-one as of yet has been able to assist me with my smart modem issue!
@Telstra What is happening with broadband in Sydney’s Inner West?!! It’s been out for over a week now!!!! My smart modem is not flipping over to the backup sim either. Patience is wearing thin...
