The issue is not border control - its lack of operational systems on the ground and competent staff to manage them and your ticketing system!! Am I entitled to a refund due to extensive delay? Our train left at 15:36 - we’re not on a train yet!

I beg to differ with you. Here is a picture of your departures board from 30 mins ago when we had queued for an hour round your car park! There are at least 5 rescheduled trains on that board - our train left before we made it out the car park! #absoluteshambles

So epic FAIL of the day goes to @marksandspencer and their courier service of choice #DPD who managed to wrongly deliver my sister’s birthday flowers and now can’t attempt another delivery until Monday! Thanks a bunch! #poorservice #disappointed 💐

Added to that 30 minutes on the phone to the call centre who cut me off once and then kept assuring me we could arrange a next day delivery at a weekend after 4pm clearly not aware of what it says on @marksandspencer website! 🤦‍♀️ #poorservice #epicfail
