@Ocado what’s happening? 18/50 items out of stock in my order today. 36%!!! Everyday items - eggs and butter with not one substitution and customer service say it “sometimes happens”. Will it happen next week too or do you have a particular problem this week?

@AmandaPCraig The real problem is that the majority of people reading this won’t understand the difference. Apparently so much of what I was taught at school (yes it was a grammar school) is no longer relevant. Rules make life so easy and unambiguous.

@BBCCountryfile Not only bad drivers causing problems on rural roads. I live on narrow, winding lane with hills that cyclists use to travel at high speeds in middle of road. Irresponsible. Idiots. More bad cyclists than bad drivers here. We know the dangers. They ignore them.

@RoyalMailHelp just had notification from you that my delivery to the drop off point - village shop and post office - was attempted but no one was in!! Really? At 6.15pm, it will have been well and truly open. What’s going on? Someone’s telling porkies.

@Ocado You cancelled my 3 to 4pm by text at 3.59. Looking back at emails I didn’t receive my usual receipt earlier in the day. You clearly knew there was a big problem far earlier than 4 pm. Sorry you had a fire but earlier notification would have been massively more helpful.

@KirstieMAllsopp There might well be contradictory messaging etc and we might not agree with what we are told to do however, inciting civil disobedience is thoroughly irresponsible. Do you really want to join the ranks of Katie Hopkins?
