@amazonIN Ordered on Sept 25, promised delivery by Oct 3. Since then, I’ve wasted 2+ hours DAILY chasing customer service. 4 calls a day, same scripted lie: “Your order is scheduled for today.” 6+ days of this. Absolutely disgraceful.

@airtelindia Intelligently they’ve designed their system. customer will not easily reach out to their support agent, you have to wait go through that IVR. U cannot directly call from the app so whenever u want to raise, y’ll have to wait for either sat or sunday.

@airtelindia Wi-Fi is honestly one of the worst services I’ve used. Constant issues, unreliable connection, and zero satisfaction. Paying for Wi-Fi shouldn’t feel like paying for a daily headache. Completely fed up with this service. #Airtel #AirtelWiFi

One very beautiful thing about @airtelindia is that when you inquire about the new connection, at least 10 calls you are going to get in the same day whereas if you raise a query for customer service sure you’re not going to get even one call

Phone calling their customer agent they give you the assurance like our person will come, but that person is playing by giving missed calls not actually coming

I’ve been taking followups for more than 6-7 months. There is constant issues in some or the other things.

agent reached out to me as I shifted to fiber waste Wi-Fi connection. He took my money from me and it’s weak now my Internet Internet is down upon calling (see nxt comment)
