@ChrisVanHollen Please note, I've sat at the table with a lot of educators. Educators that advocated for our student, that feared the consequences of their effort but did it anyway.
I've also sat at the table with the school board rep - I wish that upon no one.

@ChrisVanHollen Sir, you obviously have never had to sit across the table from a group of educators to review a child's IEP. I have and left crying many, many, many times. Why? Bc those meetings are solely focused on the schools responsibility and not what the student needs to succeed.

@SarahForMD She's actually a great advocate for our community. We have to be able to disagree or this would really be a dictatorship. Do I agree with her message here? No, but all voices should be heard. We all just need to chill out.

@POTUS My grandfather was an U.S. Army Drill Sgt and I'm glad he's not alive to see this parade. It's just sloppy and ugly. My husband is a DV and has had to stop watching.
Our son leaves next month for Army boot camp. I pray the lack of discipline ends with this display today.
