BEWARE!!! Do not use #Mytriponline for airport fast track. Misleading webpage that took £70 from my bank for a so called premium subscription.
Have reported them!!! They have graciously offered me a 30% refund for a service I didn’t even want!!

BA complaints procedure is appalling!!! flight cancelled hours before due to depart. No accommodation offered. Just given alternative flight a day and half later. Been waiting since May for expenses and compensation. Any advice?? #BritishAirways#complaint#Compensation

@British_Airways This is unacceptable. It shouldn’t take over 5 months. Other airways reimburse within 30 days.

@British_Airways appalling customer service. Been waiting since June for expenses and compensation for cancelled flight. Left in Spain. Offered no accommodation. Booked on a flight a day and half later. Sent In numerous updates for claim via link and no response. I want my money!
