Hugely disappointed in @Morrisons. Ordered party food 10 days ago and half the items were not delivered for a gathering of 20 people we had yesterday. If you don’t want to ruin Christmas I’d put your trust in another supermarket!
Purchased a top from @flannelsfashion . Return rejected as apparently it is dirty! Absolutely appalling customer service implying this was deliberate and I need to hire an investigator to prove it hasn’t been worn! Just wow!
@suzanneLegge4 Wow I thought ours was bad and we’ve had nothing since our flight was cancelled in August. Such a terrible customer service they are operating!
@British_Airways I have several times to keep being told “we haven’t forgotten about you!”. It’s not good enough, busy or not you should at the very least keep customers informed.
@British_Airways it’s been over 2 months now since you cancelled our flight, we still don’t know why! Appreciate you’re busy, but it’s not acceptable to ignore us, at least keep us informed of the process and set expectations. Your customer service is terrible!

@JackWills_Help my husband bought 3 wool jumpers for my recent birthday. We washed all 3 in the same load carefully following the recommended guidelines. 2 came out ok but one has completely shrunk. Is there anything I can do? Really disappointed. :( Thanks in advance!

@GWRHelp what’s going on? 17.08 to Bedwyn hasn’t left on time since the “improved” train timetable! Bring back the 17.07 Frome train which actually provided a good service!
@british_airways what is the point in having a customer relations number if you’re too busy to handle customer calls? Customer service has been and is still appalling.
@britishairways how do we get compensation for you cancelling our flight today? Stuck in Naples currently...Customer service hasn’t been great either, would have been nice to confirm the reason for the cancellation, which I presume is down to Air Traffic?
