@MicrosoftHelps so is the latest profile error on #outlook software a plan by @Microsoft to force us all in to multiple subscriptions to Office365?? Email working fine on phone, webmail but profile errors on outlook on multiple PCs #shocking #ripoff

Last week finally spoke to a person with a brain who realised how badly it’d been handled but lo & behold the next person tasked with the refund has once again got it wrong!! @BBCWatchdog @CTSI_UK next!
