We learn more from reading on paper than on screens.
54 studies, 171k people: we process print more deeply than digital content—as long as it's informational rather than purely narrative.
The paper advantage holds across ages and has grown over time. Long live physical books.
“God gives us more grace ...” (James 4:6). How much grace? “Grace upon grace from Jesus fullness” (Jn.1:16). What kind of grace? “The manifold—multi-colored (Gk. ποικίλος) grace of God...” (1Pet. 4:10). Can we be certain? “There’s no more disgrace for YOU.” (Isa. 54:4). Glory!

Now posted on the @DailyMemphian preps page: ECS eighth-grader Will Stearns isn’t letting cerebral palsy prevent him from continuing the family’s Spring Fling tennis tradition. Great kid with an inspirational story to start your day. https://t.co/St5xrDPYFF
Both times I saw @timkellernyc in person, his words transformed my soul: 1. What we are anxious about is our idol. I was sleepless for a year worried about losing my children when his words revealed an idol. Thoughts transformed, sleep restored.
2. When speaking of The Red Sea and proclaiming it’s not the size of our faith but the object of our faith that saves us, his words again shifted my mind from idol of self to grace alone.
