@KirstieMAllsopp My lawyer was diabolical. Having moved house on numerous occasions, I had to advise her!!! On one house move the lawyer didn’t register the estate properly, totally missing out a slither of land from the original title and registering a piece of land that belonged to next door!

@jet2tweets NO!!! Make your senior management team aware. THEN tell whoever came out to visit this afternoon, that their customer service is non-existent. The least they could have done is walk round and TALK to the hotel guests! So rude and disrespectful.
