@BandQ Paid special delivery for fences, confirmed 1430-1630 today; nobody showed or called. Customer Services said “sure” it would come by 2000 - but couldn’t contact driver while out. Still no delivery. Not impressed - handyman booked for tomorrow…. Order 1052528831.

@marksandspencer Could you provide 1 comprehensive guide to explain waist & height/ leg (+ product code) of school trousers - skinny/ regular/ plus size (cm & ins)? I’ve looked on app, site, get the measure, size guide. Now buying every style, every size to work it out!

@ocado Years on from the lockdowns ending, why are deliveries still not delivered to the kitchen table? As it gets colder I’d really like drivers to stop wedging my front door open by bunging bags down in the doorway as I open it! It lets the heat out & is a security risk!

@myeventon @PayPal We used a credit card via PayPal as a guest as we don’t have a PayPal account and Codecanyon directed us to PayPal as one of only two options (couldn’t do credit card directly).

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@myeventon Would love some help please - my UAE-based company bought the event plug-in using PayPal and the money was returned. Can’t find another way to contact you as we’re not actually a customer yet!

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@Ocado 29 of today’s 31 items missing, and a new delivery not possible until tomorrow night - when I’m out? I’m off to @sainsburys then, on my busiest work day of the year so far. Thanks for the inconvenience of ‘convenient’ online shopping - without a hint of any compensation!

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@nectar Why is the @eBay_UK email not my one at the api connection point? How can this have been hacked and where can I change it? https://t.co/AcxVfmFZjT

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@AmazonHelp I have an open porch ie no door which is an enclosed area that puts any deliveries out of view. I would like items put out of sight. However you do not offer a porch option, only door, when I choose safe delivery - which is hardly safe when your door is in full view of the street

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@AmazonUK Why is there no ‘porch’ option in your safe place delivery? I don’t want things dumped at the front door!

@MORETHAN Do I need to inform you in advance for my house insurance if I want to install a wood burner? Are there any restrictions?

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@PhotoMeUK I emailed two weeks ago to check if my child’s photos were ok - can I get a reply pls?

@Everymancinema Does the Walton cinema have air conditioning, please?

[Suzanne Locke @suzlocke]

@atriaWatford Hello - recently tried to visit but had to turn away - your car park entrances have a dropped bar to a very low 6’4”, too low for my Mini Countryman with roofbox!

@ynab Can I ask what the annual subscription price is for the UK and whether it's cheaper paying YNAB directly than doing it through Apple?
