Wouldn’t it matter to you if someone was found liable for the wrongful of one of your kids or murder? Does it make a difference?

@Sandersd84 @RyanShead Maybe she didn’t have the resources necessary to go up against a rich man. Remember- Her suit was for defamation, not sexual assault. She sued him for calling her a liar about the sexual assault. Truth is an absolute defense against defamation. DJT didn’t tell the truth—EJC did.

But a court of competent jurisdiction found that DJT sexually assaulted EJC and later clarified that equates to rape as the public views it. (Yes- also plenty of allegations of rape— see divorce affidavit from Ivana.)
