@EmmaKmethy @O2 yeah only just been able to get it sorted within the last 2 days. Spend upwards of 8 hours on hold altogether. Guy I spoke to at one point said best time to ring is 10am and you should get through quicker . Good luck

@O2 received emails and texts saying I need to be moved over to the new billing system within 30 days or SIM and phone number will stop working. Call 202 and they transfer to the legacy team who never pick up. Spent 4 hours on hold across 3 days. Live chat is no help either.

@O2 I expect to be offended some form of compensation. You cannot expect people to be on hold for hours at a time because your new billing system failed to merge. Please let me know what you are planning to do about this?
