@AmericanAir flew in from Sac to LAX with a delayed flight and no ac last night. No weather issues, chalked it up to life’s unexpected b.s. fast forward 24 hrs & we’’ve been delayed over two hours on a tarmac with no access to restrooms or water. Do better AA.

@AmericanAir Still no water & just excuses. A flight attendant who hasn’t looked up from herTikTok account in quite sometime & continues to tell passengers we are preparing for take off. @AmericanAir we flew to LA for a funeral. 24 hours in and out. Well done
