OMG @British_Airways - what an absolute disaster area!. Flight cancelled so I asked for refund. Paid using e-voucher, informed after a long call monies refunded to an old, expired card. Apparently nothing you can do until my bank confirms card expired. What a joke!

@British_Airways got an email 15/6 to call about a booking - have tried multiple times a day ever since and can’t get through due to high call volumes. Please advise as it says if I don’t speak to someone, I ‘may encounter issues with my reservation’
