Now, you don’t need to imagine because FSSAI has proposed warning labels on Indian packaged foods. Companies will be asked to put a “high sugar”, “high salt”, “high fat” sign in a big red font in the front.

A massive thank you to all the doctors and public health experts who have fought for this reform, especially @Moveribfan and @dr_sivaranjani

My message to food companies is very simple. Improve your products before warning labels expose them.

I don’t want to live the American dream, I want to live the Indian dream!

For 13 years, I’ve lived in the US and UK. Every single day in these 13 years, I wanted to move back to India, but it only got progressively harder as the years flew by.

I strongly believe that “no one will back you, if you don’t back yourself”

3 years ago, I decided to listen to myself and quit my job to move back to India.

I want to thank the architects of the Indian constitution for instilling “Freedom of Speech” as a core principle of India because of which I can openly speak out against brands and encourage them to do better. I am grateful to be living the Indian dream.
