🎉 I’m excited to share that I’ve published my first scientific review article — and it’s part of my Master’s Thesis!
The paper explores how mycorrhizal fungi volatiles influence plant stress responses and their potential role in improving plant resilience under climate change🌱
👕 The shirts have arrived!
At this point, there's no turning back: the XVIII RBMP meeting is almost here! 😄
We're working behind the scenes to make it a memorable event. See you soon in Bilbao! 🌱🔬 @NewsSEBP

Proud to see current and former NUMAPS researchers contributing to a global conversation on mentorship, mental health, and researcher wellbeing in academia 👏🔬
📢How do supervisory behaviours impact early-career researchers? Our preprint explores how scientific supervisors shape the wellbeing of ECRs. We analysed 2604 anonymous responses from ECRs across 65 countries🌍 to understand the impact of mentorship. This is what we found👇
Most early-career researchers enter academia because of passion for science. Many leave because of supervision. Our study (2,604 responses, 65 countries) suggests that supervisory practices strongly shape mental health and retention in academia.

🔬 At NUMAPS, we believe that good science also means building healthy research environments 🌍 Proud to see NUMAPS researchers contributing to this important conversation exploring how supervision shapes mental health and retention in early-career researchers worldwide 👏
🎓🌱 Huge congratulations to the new Dr @LeyreUrmeneta, who has successfully defended her PhD thesis developed within the NUMAPS group under the supervision of @danielmarinoEHU and @MariaBegona_EHU! 👏
You did an outstanding job, Leyre, we couldn’t be prouder! 💚🔬
🌾 Can wheat help fight climate change?
Our new @biorxivpreprint shows BNI-wheat lowers N₂O emissions via microbiome shifts. Tested under different pH and CO₂ conditions. Big step for green agriculture.

Solo incertidumbre 🧵 (1/6)
This week our group @NUMAPS_News presented a poster highlighting our research lines and ongoing work at the IX Research Conference of the @ztf_fct, organized by @upvehu! 🧪🌿 Check it out!
Hoy visitamos el @ITACYL 🌿. Nos han hablado de investigación en cultivos alternativos, variedades viníferas y gestión de las enfermedades y plagas vegetales en Castilla y León 🤓🌱.
