@jackj_taba Native speaker, idk the strict grammar but तुम शराब नहीं पीते हो is what I would go for as a neutral statement. तुम शराब पीते नहीं हो usually emphasises the पीते(perhaps you do something else with the शराब). Eg:
तुम पैसा नहीं कमाते हो। vs
तुम पैसा कमाते नहीं, उड़ाते हो।
