@sebatlab I think you don’t know much about the job market. In EU we have around 10-30% phds not working in their fields. And btw something that you are missing is that not every PhD is in biotech. Literature, social science and many others won’t work in a company ever
@lxeagle17 I see the same with writing/discussions in biology just a few buildings over. Many can’t talk or explain things anymore without notes or a computer in front of them.
