Why are you not replacing the battery immediately even though we see the same issue thrice? Dont send some standard reply

@pureevindia @agarwalamit512 I raised a request regarding battery issue and they kept battery for month and returned the same battery. The issue occurred again. Same repeated thrice . In one year , we didnt even use the bike for 2 months because you took the battery for repairing but issue not resolved

@pureevindia why are you selling the parts without any warranty? I bought the bike and conn set was failed with in four months. They told that there is no stock and today they replaced with new set . They charged the money for new set didn't provide any warranty?
