@ShannonAtMun I totally agree. Being busy studying, I often don't make time for exercise. When I do, I feel much better with myself as exercising improves my mental wellness, as well as my physical wellness. Now i exercise a couple times a week to reduce stress and fell healthier. #HKR1000
Based on welltrack my bad moods occurred when I was studying. #HKR1000 has taught me that stress has a negative impact on wellness. I have been exercising & getting better sleep every night to take a break from studying.This improved my physical & emotional wellness tremendously.

In the textbook it states that in 2010, 17.8% of students were affected by sleep difficulties. In the #HKR1000 class, 64.71% feel as if they need more sleep. Sleeping problems seems to be a huge problem in our class and it negatively impacts our physical health and wellness.
