@Cluster_6@thejefflutz@NetMelc She’s currently and has been on a bunch of boards. She has enough other stuff to fill out the main bio. Don’t think it was anything more than that.
@NetMelc Technically the decisions have already been made and contracting is happening now so she shouldn’t have a direct impact, but how does $EOSE not fit the criteria when a former EOSE board member is selected to be the NYSERDA Board Chair?
@eosesetu98 Didn't the $BESS CEO somewhat address this in some of his presentations? I don't have it at my fingertips now, but he laid out what the rough cashflows would look like for an example project similar to Redbird.
@badgernewman@OctavianSiiu Could interpret this as them knowing they got NYSERDA but can’t say anything yet. Placed the long lead order and moving L1 to be ready when the order hits.
@badgernewman@OctavianSiiu JPM conference:
We are starting to see opportunities convert into orders, which are filling the factory, which means we're going to have to start really thinking about placing the orders for that long lead material and positioning ourselves for incremental capacity as we grow.
@badgernewman@OctavianSiiu Why do you think L2 is ramping slower? It was only running for a couple weeks in Q2. By now it’s probably ramping well if Eos has confidence to rely on it while L1 is moved to TH.
Next-gen battery startups have been in the doldrums since the collapse of the 2020-21 U.S. mania around EVs. Fast forward to 2026, batteries are the "it" industry across AI--essential actors in drones, data centers and robotics. The Electric. https://t.co/UuO4IUpZHP
@gsdaniel01 But the business is unquestionably in a better spot today. L2 ramping well, FPUSA nearly used up 2GWh capacity, Golden Dome. If they can articulate a path on margins and/or NYSERDA hits, this will turn around quickly. Joe bought around $6 knowing this was all coming.
@gsdaniel01 In hindsight, they probably should have raised another $150M during the November raise if they were thinking about FPUSA at the time, or whatever they could with the share authorization available. I believe that one was oversubscribed so demand was there.
@bert_gilfoyle Can $EOSE even participate given the US tariff situation?
Seems like they could approach the 92% RTE if the depth of discharge is limited.

@Browpeak That is true about the past. I think FPUSA changes that. Trend is clearly towards having more backlog so even if 1 customer delays, there’s another ready to take delivery. I get being conservative until we see the results, but I think Q3 and Q4 will be better.
