@rapidoapp_ Driver asked to pay extra 50 rs. My 75+ age parents traveling. Booked AC cab but driver didn't switched on AC. He even ended the ride before reaching railway station entry gate and asked my parents to go by walk. Can't even think of it as a human being. Unacceptable.

Shame on you.Ordered food for dinner. Without any information you canceled the order after 1 hour.When we contacted,you informed about the cancellation.And it was too late to preparation food at home or order something else. Is this how you work.Lost trust.

@True_Linq @EurekaForbes Yes, @EurekaForbes didn't even resolved my issue and charged Rs. 530 as visiting charge. They canceled the ticket later without customer satisfaction code. Just think about their so called customer satisfaction process. To bad. Please don't buy their products. You will regret.

@EurekaForbes Robo Lvac Vacuum cleaner. Purchased just 1 month back, charging dock is having issue. Raised multiple complaint but no resolution yet. Very disappointed with customer care and service. Please do not purchase it.

@RailMinIndia Sir, why railway is charging 100% ticket fare for a RAC train ticket? 50% fare should be returned if the RAC ticket is not confirmed till the journey is completed. Please implement this much needed rule change.
