The Power of Our Collective Action is Unstoppable! 💪🏾✨
Reflecting on this past election season, we’ve engaged voters, strengthened communities, and pushed campaigns like never before. 🌟
Let’s keep the momentum going because when we rise, we ALL rise.
Our struggle has endured across generations and centuries. We stand here today because of the sacrifices made by activists, advocates, and change makers who came before us.
To navigate this moment, we must draw strength and widsom from their resilience.
California takes one step forward for incarcerated survivors! ✊🏾
Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry and Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition are dedicated to building power for incarcerated survivors.🤝

Sister Warriors, it's time to rise up. ✨🌿
Every day, we fight against systems designed to silence and control us, but we rise—stronger, and more united than ever. ✊🏾 We won’t stop until EVERYONE is free to live, love, and thrive without fear.
We are unapologetically powerful. 🔥
We know that real change comes from the ground up, within our homes and communities from the fierce love and resilience of our people. We are supporting each other in our journeys toward liberation, we’re always fighting together. #community
We are deeply disappointed that Californians have voted to maintain this provision in our constitution. This loss is a reminder that dismantling entrenched systems takes time, courage, and persistence.
Sacramento... WE DID IT!
Sade has seen firsthand how inequity and injustice impact our communities in Los Angeles.
Her election to the California Assembly means she can make strides toward equity, access, and solidarity to transform underserved communities.
When we officially launched our Freedom 2030 campaign in 2017, Lateefah was on the frontlines.
She is the first Sister Warrior to represent us on this major political stage.
We are proud and excited for her impact as a member of congress!
Despite our hard effort to defeat Proposition 36, we could not prevent this dangerous measure from passing. This is largely due to the much bigger forces we were fighting.
We are disappointed that California voted based on fear. But the fight is not over.
Today is the day! Your Vote is your VOICE
Let’s show up, make our choices heard, and shape our future together. Every vote counts—let’s get out there and make it happen! Remember what’s at stake and what is going to directly impact you and your community.

We won’t stop until victory is ours ✊
California can and MUST do better. There is no other way to look at it: our constitution allows slavery, and it has to change.
This is NOT the time to take away resources from our communities!
#Prop36 will rob millions from underserved communities and people who have survived systemic oppression!
Vote #NoProp36.
