The funniest part of this comparison is how badly they have to rewrite Raphinha’s 24/25 season to make Yamal look better. 😭

“Raphinha was basically a striker” meanwhile Lewandowski was literally Barça’s No.9 and Raphinha was operating predominantly from the left.

He finished that season with 34 goals + 22 assists, and in the Champions League alone he had 13 goals, 8 assists, 37 chances created and 11 big chances created.

Yamal had 5 goals, 3 assists, 14 chances created and 5 big chances created in the same competition.

You can praise Yamal without pretending Raphinha was just a goalscorer benefiting from him.

We rewrote the vite dev server in rust.

By removing Node.js, we achieved 4x better memory usage and cold starts is 2x faster.

This has resulted in our sandboxes acquisition time to go from 14s to 3s (4.6x improvement).
