@virginmedia I think we are beyond compensation. Having been with you for a great number of years, we are so disappointed with the service and correspondence these last few weeks we are looking for an alternative provider.

@virginmedia Yes and don't we know it. We have had no Internet or TV for over a week and nobody wants to sort it out until after Xmas. Totally unacceptable, but so pleased you guys are going to enjoy your Xmas - well earned break - absolutely not !!!

@virginmedia They told us there is an intermittent fault which they keep saying is getting fixed and will be sorted by the next day then today we were told it won't be until after Xmas. Its not acceptable. It's been 8 days already!!!
