Your first attempt might not be very good, but nobody's early work is good. There will always be a gap between where you are and where you want to be. And the bridge between that gap is courage. The courage to look foolish in the beginning. The courage to show up again when your early work is criticized. The courage to look yourself in the mirror and say, "I realize I'm not good enough yet, but the only way to get better is to keep working on it."
One of the deepest lessons I’ve come to see by observing reality is this: you can build the most powerful systems in history, wire the planet with fiber and blockchains, teach machines to think, automate markets and decisions, and still watch humanity loop back into its oldest trap — the restless, anxious, status-chasing monkey mind.
At first glance, it’s easy to believe the enemy is “out there” — corrupt institutions, broken systems, malicious AI, or greedy corporations. And yes, these are real problems.
But peel back a layer and you find that behind every corrupted system is millions of minds — driven by fear, envy, tribalism, or the need to win at someone else’s expense.

The older you get, the more you realize luck is mostly exposure. If you sit in the same place, have the same routine, talking to the same people, nothing new really happens. You have to engage the world to win.
Travel more. Talk to people.
I got on a call today with a Gujarati UHNI from Dubai having anonymous profile on X.
What he told me will permanently destroy your middle class programming.👇🏻
TRAVEL PSYCHOLOGY REVEALS THAT:
1. People who take annual vacations are 30% less likely to suffer a heart attack. Leaving town saves your life.
2. Traveling to new places grows new neural pathways in your brain. Every trip literally expands your mind.
3. People who travel internationally score higher on creativity tests. Exposure to difference sparks innovation.
4. The anticipation of a trip boosts happiness more than the trip itself. Planning a vacation is its own reward.
5. Solo travelers develop stronger self-confidence than those who only travel in groups. Alone time abroad builds character.
6. Children who travel before age 12 develop higher empathy and cultural intelligence as adults. Early exposure shapes lifelong openness.
7. Moving through different time zones resets your perspective as powerfully as therapy. Distance creates clarity.
8. People who travel regularly report less fear of death. Seeing the world makes mortality feel less threatening.
9. Even a weekend trip to a nearby town produces the same mental reset as a two-week vacation. Escape doesn't require a flight.
10. Travelers who keep a journal of their trips retain 70% more memories than those who don't. Writing preserves experience.
In sales, your ego is the only thing between you and the deal.
Drop it completely.
Be a yes man to the buyer.
Stay thick-skinned with rejection.
Keep it easy going, not too pushy, but don't back down.
Soft sell.
Humble wins. Ego loses. 💼
Every time Anthropic ships something new I get more bullish on owning the car wash, the porta-potty business, the waste management company.
The assets AI can't eat are the ones where someone has to show up, roll up their sleeves, and do something with their hands.
This quote has always summed it up for me perfectly
"A well built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it, no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work. It shows discipline, it shows self respect, it shows patience, work ethic and passion. That is why I do what I do."
- Arnold Schwarzenegger
Work is not all of life. Your co-workers shouldn’t be your only friends. Schedule life and defend it just as you would an important business meeting. Never tell yourself “I’ll just get it done this weekend.” Review Parkinson’s Law and force yourself to cram within tight hours so your per-hour productivity doesn’t fall through the floor. Focus, get the critical few done, and get out. E-mailing all weekend is no way to spend the little time you have on this planet.
In Depth Analysis- Water & Wastewater Treatment Segment🧵
🌟Oveview🌟
▫️What is water treatment?
👉It removes contaminants and undesirable components, or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. Water treatment plants use different methods to provide safe drinking water to communities.
▫️What is waste water treatment?
👉The removal of impurities from wastewater, or sewage, before it reaches aquifers or natural bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, estuaries, and oceans.

If you don’t prioritize, everything seems urgent and important.
If you define the single most important task for each day, almost nothing seems urgent or important.
Oftentimes, it’s just a matter of letting little bad things happen (return a phone call late and apologize, pay a small late fee, lose an unreasonable customer, etc.) to get the big important things done.
The answer to overwhelm is not spinning more plates—or doing more—it’s defining the few things that can really fundamentally change your business and life.
