I called the polestar assistance line this afternoon at 3pm. They said someone will be with me within the hour due to my P4 steering issue. At 6.40pm I’m still chasing. The initial call wasn’t logged as the advisor didn’t know who I am. He now transferred. Terrible

After waiting 15 mins, we were approached by a chap with no PPE protection asking to wind my window with under a 1meter gap. He told me to move my car.

@McDonaldsUK This was the McDonalds at Bushey on the A41. We had already put the order through. I am really disappointed why your staff are doing this and the manager Sarah did nothing.Your staff should approach customers without PPE. My children upset that other cars infront & behind allowed

@McDonaldsUK we were not let in but the car park had space for another 10 cars. The security man didn’t let us in but let the car before us into the car park. He told me he didn’t car. The manager Sarah was there and did nothing. Too much power. 3 disappointed children.
