@HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares two business loans have been applied in my name where it wasn't me! I got multiple smses saying CIBIL and Equifax data was checked by HDFC, and I never applied for any loan. I called customer care and your system is down.I will go to the police as well.

@Ola_Kolkata in Kolkata, the drivers never follow the navigation, and for a non resident like me, i paid 429 rs extra for this. Ola issued a multireedemable coupon of 429 which I could use only once for a 97 rs ride and since then, the voucher expired. @Olacabs refund my money.
@ola_supports Your internal team is a joke. They called me, the phone was in my hand and within 2 seconds the call got disconnected, and IMMEDIATELY I got a mail saying that I was unreachable and I should share another number. Just refund the balance to my gpay and stop this circus. Check dm.
@makemytrip@makemytripcare it's been more then 2.5 months and I have not received my promised refund. Calling multiple times and escalating the issue didn't help. Hope you can resolve your customer's travel issues. I mean that's your job!

@CIBIL_Official I did, and your amazing team did nothing except telling me 'contact the bank'. If I wanted to contact the bank for removing the false information, can you explain what exactly your role is? Highly inefficient way of handling disputes.
