There were people to receive the whole time and it’s been 3 days since then and we had to follow up with the customer care to deliver the 2 items. I am yet to receive an OTP and an out of delivery message, but from the updates on the app, I can see the items are in the location.

@arvindshankarg @porter_trucks No action yet taken.. 11 days since the consignment has been dispatched from Gurgaon! Yet the consignment hasn't reached Ernakulam! We have already spoken to Sangeetha Kamble, Manish Bhagola, Michael Nada, Harsha and Bhadruddin Khan from customer service..

All they can say is wait for 48 more hours, everytime you contact them! Never again in my life will I use their service. Nor will I suggest them to anyone!

@porter_trucks .. Can't think of any others courier service that's worse than #porter . I'm still awaiting a parcel that was supposed to reach on 18th of this month! The customer service is of no use. They have no answers for the delay whatsoever. (1/2)
