@amazonIN - Experiencing very cold updates from you in the last few days. Ordered 2 items as part of the sale between May 2nd and May 7th. Was supposed to be delivered in May 5th, but received an update saying delivery was not possible as there was no one to receive.

There were people to receive the whole time and it’s been 3 days since then and we had to follow up with the customer care to deliver the 2 items. I am yet to receive an OTP and an out of delivery message, but from the updates on the app, I can see the items are in the location.
