@tourismgoi My amount of ~Rs.80000 is held for a longtime by @makemytrip and they are not refunding it. Have requested to transfer it to makemytrip valet also, still no response and they are invading privacy asking bank statement. Pls Look in to it. #makemytrip is fraudulent

@makemytripcare I asked for a official email id from your side to give bank details and have it as a record. Still have not received one. Check my comments before saying no response from my side. I am fed up of giving bank details again and again in the webpage. U are misusing customer money.

@makemytripcare I really do not understand what does "provide bank details each time" means. You mean to say you can delay customers refund payments just by asking to refill the account details frequently. It's very pathetic and fraudulent. Kindly look into these kind of scams @tourismgoi

@makemytripcare As per my records, the account details are updated already 4 times, and in both booking IDs, a small partial refund is done. I really do not understand why remaining refund can not be done with existing details and how many times do I need to give account details.
