I don't exactly understand what @MyntraSupport is upto. The complaint has been closed again without any resolution.This wasn't expected from Myntra. #WorstCustomerService .After the pandemic @myntra has become one of the worst shopping platform. #Fraud you are!!

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

@MyntraSupport I have received two wrong products and the product is not getting picked up. I have returned a product and the refund is not done. All the 3 products were received 2weeks back and the #CustomerService has been worst.

@MFineCare during these days when people are relying on you so much how can you show such carelessness in the reports.Really pathetic service.

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

@_Kalyan_K Sir, it's been 5days after posting my issue on twitter, @flipkartsupport team just asked to share my address & no response after that. It's been a month I am dealing with the problem.#Flipkart is playing with customer's money during this pandemic. #FlipkartFraud

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

@_Kalyan_K Sir, I have been talking to over 10 cust rep for 1 issue for over a month that "can't" be resolved anymore. Junior level has wrong info, while the senior cust rep is utterly rude. Is this the‘CUSTOMER-FIRST’ PROMISE that u proudly showcase ?

@flipkartsupport #FlipkartWorstService
Now,"Magically" the "seller"(OmniTechRetail) policy changes. Seller can't process refund & only do replacement. All this aftr being with them for 5+ years. Never doing any biz with @Flipkart again. @amazonIN has a much better Cust Serv !

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart #FlipkartWorstService 2times I got a call back from the customer service and it seems to be like they can't hear my voice. The way the person was speaking it was completely a bluff. What is this? What kind of scam are u playing? My Rs 12,999 is stuck.

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart #FlipkartWorstService Really pathetic service & attitude of cust exec.(Imran Nasif). Return created 1 month ago, 5-6 times called and was assured of return and refund. Today the return request is rejected without any resolution against my consent.

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

Next, @flipkartsupport asked for order ID which was promptly shared. No response after that. Same policy here, just take the details and DO NOTHING.

[Swastik Mohapatra @SwazzzPrime]

Follow up call, the cust. exec ( Arun Kumar) has "technical" issue for getting my details and creating the return as the previous return had been cancelled. Perfect strategy 👌#FlipkartWorstService
